DESCRIPTION: WHITE CRYSTAL POWDER, SPECIFIC GRAVITY 2.220, EASILY SOLUBLE IN HYDROCHLORIC ACID AND NITRIC ACID, SOLUBLE IN COOL WATER, ALMOST INSOLUBLE IN ALCOHOL. IT LOSES CRYSTAL WATER AT 109 AND DECOMPOSES TO CALCIUM METAPHOSPHATE AT 203.
